I have started to change myself just a little bit. Not because i don't like me.. but becuase i want to be healthy. I have stopped smoking now for 162 day. I have also put myself on a health kick working out and eatting alot better. And i have to say that its working. The extra weight i have put on is slowly coming off.. And for me to be enjoyin working out that is saying something becuase if you all new me.. you would totally just laugh at that remark becuase i did.. I will continue with this personal journey taking it one day at a time. I look folward to seeing just how far i can go. *smiles*

Don't you just love it when a song come on and it reminds you of someone. The smile and the memorries that go along with the song. The way it can make your heart beat a little faster depending on the memory and the person its about. I love this feelin and at the moment it seams to be happening alot. So bring on the memories happy or bad they are there for a reason.

Its just gone past 6am on Sunday morning and oh how i wish i was still all warm and sleeping in bed.. but i start back at work today so today is my sleepin as i get up at like 4:30am ish for the rest of my working week. As much as i hate gettin up in the morning I wont bitch to much becuase its a job and i am greatful to have the work.
